Abstract:Aiming at the key technical challenges in high-gas and outburst-prone mines, such as prolonged gas extraction cycles, low cutting efficiency, and time-consuming support operations,a novel intelligent excavation control technology is proposed. The technology utilizes a bolting-roadheader as its core platform, integrating directional long-hole pre-extraction of gas, optimization of support parameters, and gas-cutting linkage control. This integration significantly enhances roadway development efficiency and safety.According to the application results:With the directional long-hole drilling for gas pre-extraction,the gas content at the heading face was reduced by 46.39%;Through optimization of roof support methods and parameters, the support density and cost declined by 21.77%and 2.23%respectively,while cycle efficiency improved by 33%through process coordination; The established gas emission-cutting speed linkage control system enables dynamic adaptation of cutting parameters to gas concentration, ultimately doubling monthly roadway advance rates. This approach not only significantly improves excavation efficiency but also ensures operational safety, achieving the construction goal of safe, efficient, and intelligent roadway development in high-gas outburst-prone mines.
