Design and practice of high-salinity and high-hardness mine water treatment process

Abstract：In order to reuse the high-salinity and high-hardness mine water in Dananhu No.7 Coal Mine,we analyzed the raw water and reclaimed water,and adopted the treatment processes of"pre-sedimentation adjustment+high-efficiency cyclone purifier+high-density clarifier+submerged ultrafiltration+weak acid cation bed+medium-pressure reverse osmosis"along with the"medium-pressure reverse osmosis concentrate+high-pressure reverse osmosis for concentrate".The project has been operating well after commissioning,with stable water quality produced by each unit.We elaborated on the selected treatment process and provide a detailed analysis of the key technical parameters of the high-density sedimentation tank,which posed the greatest challenge in the project.The technological approach and parameters presented can serve as a reference for subsequent similar projects.
