Abstract:Aiming at the problem of severe mine pressure in retaining roadway during simultaneous mining of contiguous coal seams, taking the No.9102 and No.10102 working faces of Jiaokou Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the engineering background, the mechanical model of simultaneous mining of close-distance coal seams and the mechanical model of roof cutting and retaining roadway were established.Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, industrial test and other methods, the coupled weakening law of mining distance and roof cutting height on the stress of surrounding rock of retaining roadway was clarified. The reasonable mining staggered distance and roof cutting parameters were determined as follows:the mining staggered distance is 30 m,the roof cutting height is 6 m(the layer spacing is 10 m)and 11 m(the layer spacing is 15 m).The field test results show that when the interlayer spacing was 15 m,the roof deformation of the roof cutting side of the No.10102 transportation roadway was 71.61 mm,which was reduced by 38.2%,and the hydraulic support pressure at the end of the working face was 25.47 MPa,which was reduced by 25.8%,indicating a favorable optimization effect. The research results can provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for the roof cutting entry retaining technology under similar conditions.
