Modification of freezing crystallization process in mine water deep treatment plant

Abstract：In order to improve the resource utilization rate and reduce the salt impurity rate in the process of deep treatment of mine water,we studied the water quality characteristics of mine water in the border area between Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi,the existing problems in the original treatment process,took the modification of the salt separation equipment as the starting point,introduced the modification project of the freezing crystallization unit in the deep treatment process of mine water,and proposed the modification measures.The application effects was analyzed through comparing the operation effect before and after the modification,and the results show that,implementation of this project has solved the problems of poor freezing crystallization effects during the operation of the original process,frequent floating nitrate in the effluent affecting the salt purity of sodium chloride products,and the inability of facilities and equipment to operate continuously and stably.
