Abstract:In response to the current characteristics of emergency management in the coal mining industry, highlighted by primary responsibility, time efficiency as a priority, and coexisting limitations and specificity,as well as typical issues such as inadequate implementation of primary responsibility,non-standard emergency response procedures, and insufficient participation in emergency rescue operations,we propose a coal mine emergency management system framework.Guided by the concept of disaster chains and centered on digital technology, convergence technology, and management decision-making technology, the system integrates four core functional modules:major hazard risk monitoring and early warning, emergency decision support, collaborative emergency command, and post-emergency evaluation.Field application results demonstrate that the system features a rational functional architecture and clear operational logic, effectively enhancing the digital capabilities of coal mine emergency management while promoting more scientific and refined emergency management practices.
