Abstract:Hydraulic supports, widely deployed in longwall faces and advance roadways, are subjected to dynamic impact loads from overlying strata during operation, posing significant risks to structural integrity. We systematically investigated the stability of the ZQ2000/22/48A self-moving unitized support in the No.5304 advance roadway at Zhaolou Coal Mine under graded impact loading.A parametric methodology was developed integrating SOLIDWORKS-based geometric modeling with ADAMS multibody dynamics simulations to quantify displacement and stress evolution in critical components(roof beam and hydraulic legs).Key findings reveal:At peak impact loading of 1000 kN,maximum stress concentration in individual legs reaches 1850 kN,accompanied by 100 mm vertical displacement and 5.84 mm lateral roof beam deflection;as the impact load increases in the order of 200 kN,600 kN and 1000 kN,the parameters such as the subsidence, stress and offset of the column and the top beam show nonlinear changes, and the increment and change rate gradually increase, which provides a theoretical basis for the strength selection and impact test analysis of the hydraulic support.
