Integrated grouting remediation technology for linear water-conducting channels in fault fracture zones
CHEN Jianwei
Abstract:To address the engineering challenges posed by fractured surrounding rock, thin aquicludes, argillization, and compromised bearing capacity near the water inrush point of the F22-1 fault in Xindeng Coal Mine,a comprehensive grouting strategy was developed targeting linear water-conducting channels. The methodology synergistically combines roadway backfilling, surrounding rock reinforcement, dewatering depressurization,reverse-flow grouting, and drainage-oriented grouting to achieve structural stabilization of water-conducting pathways and hydrodynamic control through pressure regulation and flow diversion.Critical operational challenges during grouting operations, including channel collapse, dynamic pathway evolution, and insufficient aquiclude integrity, were systematically mitigated, realizing successful water-blocking efficacy within the fault fracture zone.
