Abstract:Aiming at the tightening resource constraints, severe environmental pollution, and ecosystem degradation comes along with the continuous advancement of industrialization in China in recent years,we demonstrated the economic feasibility of applying green energy-saving technologies and materials to coal mine buildings through the application of life cycle theory and economic evaluation theory in the construction of mining buildings. And selected typical buildings in the coal industry to analyze the economic feasibility of adopting green building energy-saving design for joint buildings in coal mines, based on the concept of carbon neutrality, green and smart mining, integrating the theory of life cycle cost, green building energy-saving design and engineering economics.Engineering application examples proved that, through applying energy-saving materials, reasonable green layout, and clean energy, the energy-saving effect of joint buildings is significant. Finally,it was suggested to further strengthen policy guidance while introducing population perception variables and quantifying them as a component of cash flow,so as to better promote smart zero carbon buildings.
