Abstract:Aiming at the influence of residual coal pillar in the overlying goaf of No.4 coal seam when mining the 51208 working face in Guojiawan Coal Mine, through methods such as qualitative analysis, numerical simulation and on-site verification, the deformation and failure degree of the overlying bedrock in the 5-1 coal mining area was accurately determined. The working face mining pressure law of the residual coal pillar in the overlying No.4-3 coal in the 5-1 coal working face under different room and pillar widths(10 m,15 m,20 m and 25 m)was deeply analyzed. It was accurately concluded that the minimum coal room and pillar width affecting the safe mining of the 5-1 coal working face is 5 m,and the impact effect law of the vertical stress increasing by 1.41 times at the coal wall of the 5 m small coal pillar was revealed. At the same time,on-site mining pressure measurement and verification work was also carried out.The measured results show that the numerical simulation conclusions such as the stress distribution law of the residual coal pillar in the overlying goaf, the pressure advancing distance and the pressure distribution at square stage are basically consistent with the measured values, which provides technical support for the analysis and treatment of concealed disaster-causing factors before mining in the fully mechanized mining working face under similar conditions.
