Intelligent construction planning of the coal preparation plant in Xinjie Taigemiao north mining area

Abstract：In order to comply with the trend of clean and efficient utilization of coal and the transformation towards intelligence,respond to the current development status and challenges faced by the coal preparation industry,and improve the production efficiency and environmental safety of coal preparation plants,we introduce the planning content of intelligent construction of coal preparation plants from the aspects of basic platform construction,automation control,fault detection,intelligent auxiliary facilities.Elaborate on the important role of intelligent technology in improving coal production efficiency,achieving green and sustainable development,and promoting technological upgrading in the coal industry.Taking the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area as a key case of intelligent planning for coal mine construction,we provide a detailed introduction to the layout of coal preparation in the mining area,as well as the sequence of coal preparation plant construction.Additionally,we outline six key characteristics of the intelligent construction of the Xinjie mining area's coal preparation plant,including clear development objectives and an innovative multi-mine coordinated layout,etc.These elements underscore the essential role of intelligent coal preparation plant construction in driving the high-quality development of the coal industry.
