Discussion on underground intelligent pre-discharge of gangue in Xinjie No.1 Mine

Abstract：Due to the impact of rockburst,the amount of raw coal hoisted from in Xinjie No.1 Mine is limited.In order to improve the actual production capacity of the mine,optimize the quality of raw coal and reduce the cost of ineffective gangue hoisting and transportation,we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the pre-discharge process in various factors such as separation accuracy,separation efficiency,separation granularity and intelligence degree,based on the properties of raw coal in Xinjie No.1 Mine.Through calculation,it was confirmed that the X-ray pre-discharge process can obtain good social and economic benefits for the mine.
