Abstract:In order to remove calcium ions, magnesium ions and silicon dioxide in high-salt wastewater and reduce the impact on the subsequent membrane process and evaporation process, the effects of salt content, reaction pH,and removal of calcium, magnesium ions and silicon dioxide in high-salt wastewater are studied. The results show that when sodium carbonate and magnesium chloride are added, the pH has a significant effect on the reaction of hardness and silicon removal, and when the pH is no less than 11,the calcium, magnesium and silicon can be reduced to a lower level simultaneously. In addition,as the salt content increases, the salt effect becomes significant, and the removal rate of calcium, magnesium, and silicon ions gradually decreases. In addition,as the salt content increases, the salt effect becomes significant, and the removal rate of calcium, magnesium, and silicon ions gradually declines, and the removal rate of calcium ions drops the most;Continuing to increase the pH does not significantly improve the removal rate of the three kinds of ions.
