Abstract:Limiting the noise generated during equipment operation is a basic requirement for production safety, and the generation of noise often indicates that there are faults in system operation that need to be investigated. Therefore, whether from the perspective of the physical and mental health and safety of equipment operators or the stability and reliability requirements of equipment operation, noise control is of great importance and necessity. We analyze the noise that often occurs in the operation of the hydraulic system of underground vehicles. The system noise is divided into fluid noise and structural noise according to its generation mechanism.Fluid noise analysis focuses on fluid characteristics and fault analysis and treatment of the hydraulic system itself;Structural noise analysis focuses on the analysis and treatment of mechanical vibration caused by mechanical collisions, friction,or amplification effects during equipment operation. After analyzing the principle of noise and verifying it with actual case detection results,it has been proven that different noise generation mechanisms require different noise reduction measures to achieve the goal of reducing noise and improving product operation.
