Analysis and evaluation system on influence factors of coal resource development in Xinjiang

Abstract：Against the backdrop of relying on resource advantages to promote regional economic development in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,the development of coal resources in Xinjiang has attracted high attention from coal enterprises.Based on a detailed analysis of the current situation of coal resource development in Xinjiang,we summarize the policy conditions,resource occurrence conditions,ecological environment,transportation conditions,and regional markets that currently affect resource development.Combining multiple influencing factors,a resource development condition evaluation system is constructed including 1 first level indicator,5 second level indicators,and 17 third level indicators.Through the evaluation results,multiple resources in different regions can be preliminarily selected,and detailed research can be conducted on the target project to support project investment decisions.
