Rapid construction technology for 1000-meter large diameter double hoisting shaft equipment with complex structure

Abstract：Based on the engineering background of 1000-meter large diameter double hoisting shaft equipment with complex structure, through the development of split bolt hole positioning mould plate, assembleable six-layer hanging plate and other construction equipment, a double-layer sheave wheel platform is arranged on permanent derrick, multiple winches are deployed on the ground using the winch group frequency conversion speed control system to lift the hanging plate. Shaft equipment construction is quickly and safely completed using domestic advanced construction technology, such as overall hanging plate (with inner-shaft cable laid firstly) and bottom-to-top one-time shaft forming technology. This technology is applicable to the shaft equipment installation construction of deep shafts and double hoisting complex structures. It has achieved good economic and social benefits in practice, and provides a construction application experience for the same type shaft construction.
