Research on construction and inspection technology of deep freezing inclined shaft

Abstract：In coal mine construction, because of the complex geological conditions, the case of shaft drilling through aquifers occurs from time to time. In order to safely and quickly excavate through the aquifer, a special sinking method-freezing method is adopted as an effective method for shaft sinking. During the construction of the main shaft and auxiliary inclined shaft, the freezing method, laser guiding technique and monitoring technology are adopted, combined with the blasting and reinforced concrete supporting single construction process, the inclined shaft excavation has passed through the aquifer smoothly, which realizes high quality and efficient construction. The feasibility and advancement of the construction and inspection technology is fully verified.
