Design research on forms of coal mine combined building

Abstract：At first, the author classifies the combined building as three types based on functional zone: horizontal type, vertical type, separating type; analyzes structure area and sub-unit number; then takes actual designs like Wuyang, Dalabute and Huapan combined buildings as example to discuss the function of the three types, and compares land occupation, climate and streamline as well. The author also gives a summary of features and applicability of the three combined buildings via table. As a conclusion, horizontal type is suitable for open land; vertical type is suitable for intensive land and separating type is suitable for hillside fields.
