Full-trackless transport equipment and safety guarantee technology for extra-large shaft cage

Abstract：Aiming at the full-trackless transport equipment and safety guarantee technology for the extra-large cage of vertical shaft, the author systemically proposes the principle of extra-large lifting device configuration, super-large double cage, cage continuation, locking device, special heavy-duty flatbed rubber-tyred truck, the full hydraulic support transportation and other equipment design technology. The dynamics of vibration impact, overwinding, overspeed and unbalanced loading of the lifting system are studied, and the corresponding prevention technologies, and other hoisting safety enhancement technologies, such as deep well hoisting wire rope anti-twisting technology, are proposed.
