Research on grouting reinforcement technology and effect for small coal pillar in fully mechanized working face
ZHANG Wen-bin
Abstract:In order to improve the stability of coal pillars, grouting reinforcement is often used to improve the strength of coal pillars, thus ensuring the stability of mining roadway. The grouting reinforcement scheme is designed according to the 6 m small coal pillar of Changping Coal CompanyⅢ4309 working face. The following scheme parameters are obtained:the different grouting drill arrangements are determined according to the tunneling along floor, roof and the transition zone; the grouting work is completed in two times, the first one is during the mining, which is carried out inⅢ43093 roadway, 20~40m in front of the working face, the second grouting reinforcement provides the conditions for roadway retaining, which is carried out 50~100m behind the working face; Federal grouting reinforcement material is selected, the grouting pressure is 6~8MPa, the water-cement ratio is(1~1.2): 1 for the first grouting, and(0.8 ~ 1): 1 the second. 46 grouting holes are constructed in the experimental roadway, and the results show that the surrounding rock is intact and well integrated; the maximum floor displacement is 230mm, and the maximum two-side convergence is 350mm for the mining roadway adjacent to goaf. By means of grouting reinforcement the small pillar, stability of the roadway is maintained, which meets the needs of safety production.
