Process optimization design for capacity enhancement of Liangshuijing Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：The treatment capacity of 6.00Mt/a at Liangshuijing Coal Preparation Plant does not match with the 8.00Mt/a lifting capacity of the mine, the lump coal system and fine coal system capacity don't match with the actual washing capacity in the coal preparation plant, and the raw coal gangue is easily mudding and coal water slurry system is in full load. Aiming at the above problems, the author analyzed the characteristics of the raw coal particle size composition, fully considered the current production status of coal preparation plant and the actual conditions of the industrial site, combined with the requirements of calorific value requirements and other indicators of the users, based on the principle of minimizing the impact on production and investment, the process of the coal preparation plant was optimized to give full play to the processing capacity of each washing system in the coal preparation plant and achieve the purpose of increasing capacity of the coal preparation plant to meet the production requirements of the mine.
