Research on rapid deploy-withdrawing of hydraulic support in initial mining face of Donggou Coal Mine

Abstract：Based on the measurement and analysis of the return air lane, the arrangement of transportation lane was optimized, which reduced the absolute number of hydraulic support need to be added or withdrew by 36 to 13; the installation chamber scheme was put forward to achieve rapid hydraulic support deploying, which reduced the operation time from 24 hours to 8~12 hours for support increasing; and a rapid support withdrawing method was proposed using pre-excavated retreating channel to withdraw the equipment, which reduced the influence of the production time from expected 10 days to 3~4 days, and achieved the purpose of rapid deploy-withdrawing of hydraulic support in working face.
