Key points analysis for preparation of coal mine construction project application report

Abstract：Based on the National Development and Reform Commission's Notice on the Issuance of a Common Text of the Application Report for Projects issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in April 2017(hereinafter referred to as the"new edition text"), the new edition text and the old text of"Common Text for Project Application Reports"are compared, and the main differences are analyzed. According to the author's many years of experience in preparation and review, the main problems in the preparation of current project application report are proposed, and some suggestions are provided aiming at the existing problems for the preparation of project application report.
