Grouting reinforcement technology and equipment for ground L-type drilling coal seam floor

Abstract：In order to achieve the purpose of the pre-grouting in the coal seam floor, the author systematically studied the principle of coal seam floor grouting reinforcement, drilling equipment, drilling design and drilling technology of the ground L-type directional drilling, and proposed a complete set of techniques and equipment, the L8limestone aquifer grouting reinforcement experiment of 18011 worLing face in Zhaogu Coal Mine showed that drilling equipment and drilling technology was stable and reliable, and process was advance, and the coal seam grouting reinforcement effect was favorable, which not only enriched and perfected the water damage prevention technology of coal seam floor, but also realized the large area coal seam floor advance grouting reform. The study is of great significance for safe and efficient mining of high pressure coal seam in large mining depth coal mine.
