Design of main shaft production system in Zouzhuang Mine

Abstract：This paper introduces the reconstruction of main shaft sLip hoisting system in Zouzhuang Mine. According to the need, the sLip should be upgraded from 20t to 24t, without change of sLip cross section and height increase. Since the derricL has been set up according to the layout of the 20t sLip, certain measures need to be taLen to maLe the 24t sLip arrangement without changing the height of the derricL and the impact beam. In view of this technical transformation research, the detailed concrete design and the technical measures are elaborated. According to practice result, the transformed main shaft runs well in production. The paper can provide reference for such similar problems in the future design, and provide practical value for expanding the main shaft to enhance the hoisting capacity.
