Application of loosening blasting technology for hard coal fully mechanized mining face passing through fault

Abstract：In order to solve the problems of inner 824 working face in the Qingdong Coal Mine, the loosening blasting technology was applied, and the ideal result was achieved. According to the geological and production conditions of working face, the parameters of loosening blasting and technological process were obtained. The results showed that the loosening effect was excellent, while the coal and rock mass were fully pre-cracked and loosened. The loosening blasting was conducive to the coal mining machine passing through the fully mechanized mining face smoothly and quickly, without excavation and cutting again to continue to continue mining. The successful application of this loosening blasting technique provides a useful technical experience for the engineering application of the similar hard coal fully mechanized mining face passing through fault.
