Optimization research on process and timing of coal mine roadway drivage

Abstract：In order to deal with the unreasonable links of production process, time gap of production process, lack of production management, in this paper, we surveyed the whole aspects of operation procedure of excavation and the concrete situation of labor organization, based on the specific coal field investigation in Suncun Coal Mine 31119 driving face as the research object. Finally, we solved the problems in shifting of duty, coal cutting, temporary support and permanent support etc., the results show that:implementation of the internal optimization of coal enterprises is an effective way to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of coal production.
