Research on dynamic coupling support technology with anchor cable mesh in large span coal roadway

Abstract：In this paper we take 21053 working face of Shitanjing Mine as the engineering background, based on the thought of dynamic coupling design, through the method of geomechanical evaluation and numerical simulation of FLAC3D software, the optimal design parameters are optimized, the support technology is proposed for large span rectangular roadway. Engineering practice showed that, in the process of excavation, the support system can control the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock timely and effectively. Roadway sides and roof displacement was only 147mm and 86mm respectively. The maximum bolt load was 21kN, and the anchor force was about 50% of its breaking force, which had high strength reserve. The study can provide references for the construction of similar large span roadway.
