Discussion on design of main shaft hoist building in Mengcun Coal Mine

Abstract：Combining with the design practice of Mengcun Coal Mine, the design of main shaft hoisting building was discussed from plane arrangement and vertical arrangement. The structural calculation diagram and the section size estimating method were studied. The simulation results of co-working structures of steel grid and concrete using PKPM and Midas software were compared. And the key points of hoist foundation design were introduced from three aspects: local pressure of concrete in the bolt hole plate, box type shear key, anti-skidding and anti-overturning stability. Finally, combing with the issues to be paid attention to, some experience was offered.
