Design of uniqueness detection device for in-pit coal mine personnel

Abstract：Aiming at the single function of existing uniqueness detection device, leading to management loopholes for in-pit attendance, a uniqueness detection device based on iris recognition technology is designed in this paper. The device integrates iris recognition, identification card inspection, alcohol inspection, in-pit knowledge test and face capture. It can achieve the personnel uniqueness detection automatically according to the in-pit attendance process. Finally, the uniqueness detection device was tested in coal mines of Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group, the test results show that the device can complete the uniqueness identification quickly, accurately detect exceptional cases about the personnel entering into the coal mine, and it can capture real-time scene photos as the evidence for the reference in the future.
