Application of PLC control system in semi-dry flue gas desulfurization project

Abstract：Aiming at the production problems caused by high failure rate,frequent operation and other reasons in conventional instruments control system of semi-dry high-rate gray-calcium cycle integrated desulfurization dust control system,in this paper,the author introduces the application of PLC control system in the semi-dry flue gas desulphurization project of Shentu No.2 Mine of Shendong Company;summarizes the technological principle of semi-dry flue gas desulphurization,introduces PLC control system selection in detail,PLC system configuration and power and grounding reliability design.Combined with the characteristics and control requirements of the semi-dry flue gas desulfurization project,the control system is divided into three parts:data acquisition and processing,analog automatic adjustment and switch order control according to the functions;and discusses the controlled objects and control principal in each part in detaiL In the analog automatic adjustment PID control is introduced to achieve closed-loop control.
