Concentration and purification technology of coal mine gas coalbed methane and its application

Abstract：The comprehensive utilization of gas with different concentrationsare discussed and the reason for the ineffective utilization of low concentration gas is analyzed.According to different adsorbents used in gas purification in the market,different concentration and purification techniques for different types of adsorbents are proposed.Through the analysis of technical routes,the key technical problems are solved.Yangquan Shentangzui gas purification project operating results show that,in the second coal mine gas(coalbed methane)concentration and purification process,pressurized feed gas is used as the driving force,and the second and third return gas are mixed,the system is of simpler system,lower investment and energy consumption.
