Study on the catalytic two-stage liquefaction of Shenhua coal

Abstract：The feed coal of Shenhua direct coal liquefaction solvent hydrotreatment unit(DP) was used as the hydro-liquefaction feedstock.The Shenhua coal liquefaction experiments were studied in the 0.18 t/day direct coal liquefaction bench support unit.The Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process was improved and the experiment results were compared with Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process.The results show that 88.64% of the coal conversion,57.63% of distillates yield,60.37% of extracted oil yield,15.42% of gas yield and 5.75% of hydrogen consumption were obtained respectively in the Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process.91.10% of the coal conversion,56.76% of distillates yield,64.36% of extracted oil yield,13.98% of gas yield and 5.79% of hydrogen consumption were obtained respectively in the improved Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process.Compared with Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process,Shenhua coal conversion increased by more than 1.2 percentage points.The yield distillates yield increased by about 3 percentage points.The extracted oil yield increased by about 4.0 percentage points.The gas yield reduced by about 1.5 percentage points.The hydrogen consumption was basically constant.
