Study on coal development in major coal miningcountries abroad under carbon constraints
Abstract：According to support degree for climate policy,main foreign coal mining countries can be divided into strict-constrainedcountries,tighten-constrained countries and wide-constrained countries.Coal industry in strict-constrained countries is in the declining stage,governments try their best to guide new economic growth points and emerging industries,mine gas has a high degree utilization.Tighten-constrained countries still have large coal productions,and high degree mechanization,encourage research on carbon emission reduction technology,pay attention to coordinated development of economy,safety,ecological protection and energy saving and high efficiency production of enterprises.Coalbed methane development has realized in scale,systematization and industrialization in these countries.In wide-constrained countries,mining level is low,mine gas utilization and coalbed methane industry are still in the initial stage,carbon emission reduction work has a large promotion space.
