A multi-stage planning strategy of district comprehensiveenergy system for characteristic energy town

Abstract：As the establishment of characteristic towns has become an important strategy for Zhejiang to promote local urbanization,by adopting the multilevel optimization method of district comprehensive energy system,the paper promotes the energy system planning scheme for establishment of characteristic energy towns in Ninghai,Ningbo city,Zhejiang province,based on the local wind,solar,tidal and coal energy.Advantage of the planning scheme is then summarized according to the current situation and development trend of local load condition.Analysis result shows that,comprehensive energy system based on distributed clean coal energy is most suitable for the planning of district energy system according to Chinese national condition.
