Top-level design and practice of smart power station

Abstract：In order to explore the approach and mode of smart power station,from the perspective of information construction,"345 model" was designed as 'tricyclic-trinity,four main lines and five improvement directions' from top-level design.And the "345 model" constructed a framework of smart power station,and was implemented in Guohua Beijing Gas-Fired Cogeneration Company's smart power station construction,whose outcomes and experiences were also stated and analyzed.
