Supporting scheme optimization for full section rectangular fast tunneling roadway

Abstract：In order to ensure the reliability of roof and side support of the full-section rectangular roadway during fast tunneling machine operation,roof stability evaluation was carried out for 42108 auxiliary transportation roadway in Buertai Coal Mine.The result showed that,under the influence coal seam roof and driving equipment,the roof stability of 42108 auxiliary transport roadway is poor during roof hanging period and the interval between primary and secondary support,when the tensile strength of coal body decreases to 0.62MPa,the coal roof will be destroyed,and the safety of primary support in the original scheme can not be guaranteed the.Through optimization of the support parameters,the support effect can well meet the requirements of full section fast tunnelling.
