Research on vehicle controlling system of explosion-proof lithium-ions battery vehicle

Abstract：The author analyzes the vehicle controlling system of explosion-proof lithium-ions battery vehicle,introduces the vehicle controning system,explosion-proof drive motor control system and explosion-proof hthium-ions battery management system.The multi node control system structure is designed based on one-master multi-slave interactive mechanism;the whole vehicle communication protocol is formulated referring to SAE J1939 communication protocol standard;the information acquisition system for the control system of the explosion-proof lithium ion battery vehicle is designed by the Graphical Panel toolbox integrated with the VehSpy3 platform of the host computer,and the vehicle control system is verified in vehicles.
