Development of reducer for shuttle car in mine

Abstract：Aiming at the excessive heat,low efficiency and obvious abrasion of worm gear reducer in the conveying system of mine coal transporting vehicle,through the power spectrum test of the car conveying system,the reducer parameters and the transmission system characteristics were matched reasonably,and the high power density planetary reducer and high speed planetary transmission were designed,an efficient planetary reducer was developed to replace the original worm gear reducer.Industrial tests showed that the mine can effectively meet the heavy transporting conditions.
