Abstract:According to the theory of friction asperity, the brake mechanism of mine electric locomotive disc brake is analyzed. The long downhill uniform braking condition is simulated by Link NVH test-bench.In different speed conditions, the frietion effect of brake pressure and temperature are researched, and the results show that the average friction coefficient of the brake decreases linearly with brake pressure increases, the friction stability coefficient under different braking pressure showed numerically larger and smaller fluctuations, the average friction coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature. When the brake temperature exceeds 200℃,the resin lubricating film will be produced in the brake pad, which will decrease the friction coefficient obviously.
