Application of comprehensive dust reduction technology for fully mechanized tunneling face in underground coal mine

Abstract：Aiming at the dust hazard in coal mine,based on the shortcomings of single dust reduction technology,a complete set of integrated dust reduction technology was proposed,which combined water injection,vortex airflow dust control,dust exhausting fan,and high pressure atomizing dust settling with additive,etc.The technology is of series and parallel structure in the view of space and function,which also integrates dust prevention and settling.Application of the technology in fully mechanized tunneling face of Yunjiling Coal Mine has achieved favorable result.
