Analysis on uneven thermal distribution of coal transporting trestle heating in severe cold areas
WANG Shi-jun
Abstract:Regarding the poor heating of coal transporting trestle in severe cold areas, the analysis on the measured data of specific projects indicated that the envelop enclosure of a reasonable piping system design may be loose to cause cold air infiltration, and the excessive internal thermos compression difference led to thermal current dissipation.According to the numerical simulation analysis, the optimization of radiator layout plan and the increase of trestle separations can be introduced along with other measures to effectively control ventilation as well as reduce thermal loss.Furthermore, specific measures are provided to ensure the effectiveness of trestle heating.
