Research on improvment of fine coal recovery ratio in Qidong Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：As the -0. 20mm fraction of fine coal slime with low ash can' t be effectively separated using the original process in Qidong Coal Preparation Plant, the process was reformed. According to the coal slime property analysis, the cumulative production rate of -1. 4g/cm3 coarse slime is relatively high, and the ash content is relatively low. In order to improve the fine coal recovery, an adjusted process was proposed, using TBS to separate 1. 5~0. 25mm coarse coal slime, and flotation system to separate -0. 25mm slime. According to the economic comparison, after technical reformation, the income of coal preparation plant increases 271. 008 million yuan.
