An explanation of "Code for energy conservation design on open pit mine of coal industry"

Abstract：For better understanding and application of "Code for energy conservation design on open pit mine of coal industry" ( GB 51197—2016 ) , explanations to the first edition of the code is given from the objective, significance, chapter construction, features, analysis of important clause, and correct application of the code, etc. The aim is to promote energy saving of open pit coal mine, enhance the energy utilization efficiency, unify the design standard of open pit coal mine in coal industry, improve the design level of open pit coal mine and provide the understanding and implementation of the first edition of the code.
