Coal preparation process design for Pangpangta Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：By analyzing the field screening and floating data of Pangpangta Preparation Plant, two preparation processes were proposed and compared, and one process was ultimately determined, which was a combined coal preparation process including pre - desliming, non - pressure feeding three product heavy medium cyclone separator, TBS and flotation separation process. Coal pre-desliming process is complex, but can reduce the load of heavy medium system, reduce the bypass rate;TBS fluidized bed coarse coal slime separation perfects the whole process and achieves better separation effect. Under the same coal preparation cost, the proposed process can improve economic benefits of the coal preparation plant.
