Analysis on causes of building structure vibration and the vibration reduction measures

Abstract：After analyzing the causes and harms o building structure vibration generated by human activities and equipment vibration, etc. , the author points out the shortcomings of the existing seismic design methods and puts forward some improvement measures and a view on structural vibration problem treatment using TMD damping technology. On the other hand, the problem of structure vibration remote transmission is analyzed, and a method is proposed for the finite element analysis of equipment and structures, which provides a solution to the problem of structural resonance.
