Research on linkage control system of mine small water pumps group

Abstract：Aiming at the low automation degree, high equipment failure rate and great labor intensity in water drainage of current mine water sumps, we made full use of PLC, network communications, sensors, modular software programming technology, and designed a set of linkage automatic control system for small water pumps group through drainage pipeline optimization, modular controller design, sensor selection, controlling and monitoring configuration software programming. Research and application of the system improves the efficiency of mine water pumps and automation degree of small water sumps water drainage, reduces the labor intensity of workers, equipment loss, cost of human and equipment investment, and ultimately promotes the realization of energy -saving emission reduction in mines.
