Design of electric control system for new multi-functional roadway repairing machine

Abstract：Based on the introduction of the working environment for the new multi-function roadway repairing machine and the composition of the electric control system, a new multi -function roadway repairing machine electrical control system using distributed control mode is proposed. The system communicates with each other through CAN bus, and each system cooperates with each other to coordinate and control, and respectively bears the different functions of the system, which improves the stability, flexibility and reliability of the whole electrical system. The field application shows that the whole electrical control system is of reasonable structure, stability and reliability, which reduces the manual operation and improves efficiency of the equipment.
