Non-coal pillar combined mining technology and synergistic effect of adjacent open pit mines

Abstract：In order to solve the optimization problem in combined mining of adjacent open-pit mines, and realize the optimal allocation and comprehensive utilization of resources, production, space, time and equipment, we proposed the basic concepts and the applicable conditions of the adjacent open-pit mine non-pillar mining technology, pointed out the key technological problems and the solutions. Based on the engineering background of Heidaigou and Haerwusu Open-pit Mine, we analyzed the synergistic effect of non-pillar mining. The results showed that, 2026. 737(NPV) million Yuan of direct economic benefits would be made for the two mines after implementation of non-pillar mining from 2018 to 2027.
