Freezing construction technology for main shaft of Yangcun Coal Mine in deep and thick calcareous clay layer

Abstract：Aiming at the freezing pipe deformation and rupture accident often happened during freezing construction in deep and thick clay layer, we introduced the main shaft freezing construction scheme in the deep and thick calcareous clay layer of Yangcun Coal Mine, as well as the operation situation and construction situation, analyzed the construction control technology in deep and thick calcareous clay layer. The result showed that, the measurements of intensified freezing, reduction of excavation height and enhancement of information management were conducive to the construction safety in the deep and thick clay layer. The temperature of side wall was maintained below -8℃, and the side wall displacement less than 50mm.
