Abstract:Based on the coal gasification model test, the in situ gasification process of coal under different oxygen concentration was simulated. The influence of oxygen concentration on the precipitation characteristics of tar was studied by quantitative and qualitative analysis of the tar yield and composition, using field tar recovery device to provide design basis. The experimental results show that the tar yield increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration. When the oxygen concentration is 100%,the tar yield is the lowest, which is 3.2g/Nm 3.The tar is mainly composed of aliphatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. When the oxygen concentration is 60%,the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons in tar is the highest,up to 33%.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are mainly composed of tricyclic phenanthrene and anthracene and its derivatives and sulfur-containing thiophenes and their derivatives;monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons mainly by benzene, biphenyl and its derivatives.
